Alsco Uniforms 300

Las Vegas Motor Speedway

About this Race

Ryan Ellis and the Four Loko Chevrolet Camaro started the Alsco Uniforms 300 in 35th position at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on March 5th. The No. 44 ran a 31.33 lap time in qualifying which caused him to start towards the rear at the beginning of the race. Ellis continued to battle through the field and on to the end of Stage 1, which gave him a finishing position of 19th place. He stated “this was the best racecar” he’d ever driven, “it’s a rocket ship”. As the race continued, Ellis continued to move the Tastes Like Freedom Camaro up the field – closing out stage 2 in 16th position. Ryan Ellis and teammate Kaz Grala were able to maintain top 15 and top 20 positions throughout the course of the race; each stating they had fast racecars. Fast pitstops were a key factor in the success of Ellis’ performance. In the last laps of the race, the No. 44 was able to pass the No. 98 of Riley Herbst to secure his 13th place finish. This was his best career finish to date and an overall exciting moment for Ryan Ellis and Alpha Prime Racing.
